Before the advent of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the world was plagued by ignorance. The powerful exploited the weak, and the subordinates were deprived of their basic rights. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) not only eradicated this ignorance but also brought about a revolution in human social life. He eliminated the distinction of color and race, treated the subordinates with respect and kindness, and granted them rights such as dignity, education, compassion, justice, necessities, and freedom. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also taught us to be forgiving, reduce their workload, help them, show mercy, and provide them with the necessities of life. Studying the Seerat-e-Tayyabah reveals that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) always treated his servants with kindness and respect. Hazrat Anas reports that during his service to the Prophet, he was never rebuked for not doing something. The Prophet's (PBUH) teachings regarding subordinates emphasize that their fixed wages should not be reduced or delayed. He said that on the Day of Judgment, Allah will make three people accountable: one who breaks a promise, one who sells a free Muslim, and one who does not pay the wages of a laborer. In the modern era, we can benefit from the Seerat-e-Tayyabah SAWAW regarding the rights of subordinates. The principles derived from the Seerat-e-Tayyabah are still highly relevant today. There is a need to present these rights in the light of the Seerat-e-Tayyabah to the scholars and explain how we can benefit from them in the modern era.
